Create your account
If you are new to GarirNilam, register for a free seller account. Returning users can sign in and continue.
Enter your car details
Provide accurate information — make, model, year, mileage, condition, specifications, and anything that helps buyers understand your vehicle.
Upload high-quality photos
Add clear, well-lit interior and exterior images. Good photos build trust and attract stronger bids.
Attach required documents
Upload registration, tax token, fitness certificate, and any other paperwork that applies to your vehicle.
Add ownership and service history
Include maintenance records and ownership history where available. A complete history helps buyers bid with confidence.
Submit your listing
Review everything carefully, then submit for GarirNilam to review.
Moderator review
A moderator may contact you to fill in missing details, request better photos, or suggest improvements so your car is presented at its best.
Workshop inspection
Once your listing is approved, we will ask you to bring the car to one of our partner audit workshops. A technician inspects the vehicle and prepares a report for buyers.
Reserve price and auction schedule
When the inspection report is ready, we work with you to agree on a reserve price and schedule your auction.
Auction goes live
When bidding starts, we promote your listing through social media and our network so your car gets maximum visibility and the best chance at a strong final price.
Auction ends successfully
If the auction closes and your reserve price is met, the winning bidder is notified automatically. You and the buyer are connected for the next steps.
Payment and title transfer
